I saw this photograph by Dan Siney on this blog, and it reminded me of your Sasha.
Also I came across this really beautiful drawing by an artist named Claire Scully on booooooom.com. It says that in this drawing there are a bunch of hidden birds. Can’t seem to get a total of how many there are, can you? Claire really loves to incorporate birds into her work I’ve noticed which is kind of weird but the cool thing she does is mix a lot of different media, if your into that check out her website.
